“Today you have been presented with a shrine, because from time immemorial our ancestors always went into battle with battle flags,” recalled Plotnitsky.
“I congratulate you on receiving the battle flag,” the head of the Republic addressed the cadets.
Plotnitsky also ordered to award the cadets with anniversary medals “70 years of Victory”.
“Today you were also awarded anniversary medals. Not everyone understood why, but this is my decision, because each of you made a bold choice when you decided to become a cadet - the choice to defend the Motherland,” he explained.
