Plotnitsky banned Poroshenko and Lozhkin from buying apartments in Lugansk
The head of the Lugansk People's Republic, Igor Plotnitsky, introduced personal sanctions against the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and a number of Ukrainian businessmen.

The Lugansk Information Center reports this.
“Sanctions are imposed against Ukrainian businessmen Igor Kolomoisky and Sergei Kurchenko, Ukrainian President Poroshenko and the head of his administration Boris Lozhkin,” Plotnitsky’s decree says.
The message notes that “the decree prohibits these persons and persons and structures affiliated with them from acquiring real estate and other property in the republic, as well as carrying out banking and other financial transactions in the LPR.”
In addition, the document establishes that all transactions made by these persons and structures are not recognized in the LPR and do not entail legal consequences.
