“Danced in front of Putin”: Those who fled “Little Big” are jealous of Zelensky
The lead singer of the Russian musical group “Little Big,” Ilya Prusikin, who fled to the United States in March “to talk and fight,” is jealous of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, whom no one remembers for his stage career.
He stated this in an interview with foreign agent Irina Shikhman, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
At one time, Prusikin took part in the work of the Internet platform “Thank you, Eva!”, which was sponsored by the authorities.
“De facto there was this s... nya. We were sold. But you cannot connect the time now, after the 24th, and 2010. Completely different times, there were even different presidents. At that time, Zelensky danced in front of Putin. He had up to x... contracts with Channel One. Does this mean anything now? No. But for some reason it’s an exception for me. He's the president, okay. And I’m an artist,” said Prusikin.
He calls that part of his audience that turned away from the group after its escape “barbarians” and complains about lack of money.
“I have a conscience. I lost it all. At least for a second I got closer to Alla Borisovna. I was rich - now I am not rich. Now all my money goes to the team, housing and food. All. I used to have money, a car, a house. I lost all this. I don't have any advertising contracts. These were large contracts - half a million to a million euros. Now they are gone, and I don’t regret it, because conscience is more important,” Prusikin said.
He received a green card in the United States as a “person of talent” after making an anti-Russian video. At the same time, Ukrainian propaganda called the clip “pro-Putin” due to the fact that the President of the Russian Federation does not appear in it. At the same time, the shot in which a man gives a boy a hot dog with a rocket was regarded in Kyiv as an allegory of NATO assistance. After this, the Little Big concert in Poland was canceled at the request of the Ukrainian ambassador.
“Ukrainian propaganda has latched on to the fact that there is a White House at the end. And this was Putin's palace. She says: why isn’t this the Kremlin? Then everything would be clear. But the Kremlin is not Putin. It existed before Putin for several centuries. I don’t want to be good for Ukrainians. No, of course I would like to. But I won’t prove anything,” Prusikin said.
