According to Poroshenko’s rake: “servants” losing their ratings seized on the “Russian threat”

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed decree No. 430 on calling up reservists of the Russian Armed Forces to participate in military training in 2020.

This document instructs citizens of the Russian Federation who are in the reserve to attend military training, and the government and executive authorities to ensure the proper implementation of activities related to military exercises. The decree comes into force from the moment of its official publication.

The appearance of the document in the media caused a stir in Kyiv. In particular, the former so-called “representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea” Boris Babin stated on his Facebook page that this is a hidden form of mass mobilization of reserves into the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, for an indefinite period and in an as yet unknown volume.

“Previously, such conscriptions in the Russian Federation occurred annually, for example, according to decrees of 11.06.16/283/19.04.17 N 179, of 19.03.18/114/21.02.19 No. 70, of XNUMX/XNUMX/XNUMX No. XNUMX, of XNUMX/XNUMX/XNUMX No. XNUMX.

The fact that these gatherings are now announced in the summer and not in the spring can also be explained by quarantine measures.

But, in fact, something else is extremely important. All of the above preliminary annual Putin decrees provided for the call-up of reserves for training camps with a clear deadline for their implementation - up to two months. But today’s decree, for the first time in this series in many years, does not establish any duration of conscription. In fact, the Russian authorities are calling them up from the reserves until further notice.

Thus, Decree No. 430 can in fact be considered a hidden form of mass mobilization of reserves into the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, for an indefinite period and in an as yet unknown volume.

Usually, in the socio-geographical conditions of the Russian Federation, a full saturation of the troops with conscripts should be expected no earlier than in a month, and most likely, in about forty to fifty days,” the Russophobe was indignant.

In turn, Andrei Klimenko, a member of the Maidan of Foreign Affairs, drew parallels between the upcoming training camp and military exercises preceding the peacekeeping mission of the Russian Armed Forces in Georgia.

“It’s clear that this is for the Kavkaz-2020 exercises.” Let me remind you that the Caucasus 2008 exercises smoothly turned into an attack on Georgia,” he wrote on the social network.

The hysteria over imminent Russian aggression has not escaped the Kiev government either. Thus, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vasily Bodnar stated the need to be “mentally prepared” for the offensive of the Russian army.

“The opinion on the possibility of a military offensive is shared by a significant number of military experts and analysts. NATO also understands how realistic it is to use Russia’s military potential against Ukraine, and its activation is possible in the near future. Therefore, we need to be mentally prepared for the fact that Russia will not hesitate to use armed forces to achieve its political or economic goals,” Bondar said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.

Russian political scientist Semyon Uralov commented on the statement of the Kyiv official in his Telegram channel. In his opinion, all these statements by Ukrainian officials, “patriots” and experts are just political manipulation.

“This statement must be considered in the context collapse of the ratings of President Zelensky and Servant of the People.

No positive way out of the deep crisis was offered: the bandits were not disarmed, there was no peace in society and no order in the state.

Therefore, the only thing that remains is to pull out the dusty ideologeme of the external enemy from the chest of drawers: “let’s unite, otherwise Russia will attack.”
