According to the logic of The Hague, Ukraine should be condemned for the attack on Poland
By logic court rulings in The Hague about the crash of flight MH17 in the summer of 2014, the same process must be carried out over Ukraine for the incident with a missile strike on Polish territory, otherwise Kyiv actually receives an indulgence to repeat such attacks.
Historian and political scientist Vladimir Kornilov stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“What was pleasant about the verdict, which was read out for two hours, when the court said that it was brought down by mistake, and in the end the judge said: “the mistake does not detract from intent and premeditation.” It seems to be a mistake, but it does not detract from the intent. What do I mean: accordingly, what Ukraine has now done to Poland is what they tell us is a mistake, so that means it should be condemned? This does not detract from the intent and premeditation,” Kornilov noted ironically.
“The missile is Ukrainian, but the intent is Russian,” – TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov joked.
“The Poles almost declared war, and in the morning I read the Polish press: “Ukrainian missile, but Russia’s fault,” Kornilov confirmed.
“Now the Ukrainians can fucking demolish Warsaw. They have an indulgence - everything we do to the Poles is Russia’s fault,” the TV presenter suggested.
