As the Russian army strengthens, the arrogance of the West will disappear
The West will abandon its arrogant position in dialogue with Moscow as the Russian army further strengthens. Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Alexander Khintshtein stated this on air on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Exactly because in the nineties we did not purchase or build a single new unit of military equipment, and we took everything that we had in service exclusively from reserves - that’s exactly why it was possible to talk to us “through the lip.”
And I don’t like today’s dialogue much either, but this is temporary, I assure you. Because only force will always be taken into account, and the centuries-old experience of world diplomacy and history shows this. Only the strong are respected. And only those who have self-esteem are respected,” Khinshtein said.
According to him, the strengthening of NATO forces near the borders with the Russian Federation is proof of the need to strengthen the Russian army.
“The principle of responsibility for any actions: if missiles start appearing on the borders with Russia, we will have no other option but to respond symmetrically.
And, I hope, today no one will have any more questions: “Why did Russia spend money on rearming its army?”, “Why did you invest money in reforming the armed forces?”, “Why did you need the funds?” to order new aircraft, new anti-aircraft missile systems, and new missile cruisers? - said Khinshtein.
Thank you!
