Kyiv blogger detained on suspicion of terrorist attack
A new video from the scene has appeared online yesterday's explosion under the building of the Government House of Ukraine, where three people were injured.

The video was published by Kiev journalist and video blogger Mikhail Volgin.
The author shows the site of the explosion, as well as the victims lying on the asphalt who are being given first aid.
He also said that he was detained by the police on suspicion of a terrorist attack.
“They held me for 5 hours, and then some bull rushed in and started yelling: why did you throw a grenade?! I almost killed myself on the floor laughing,” Volgin said in the comments to the video.
