Sanders' victory in the United States will bring rapid military liberation from Ukraine to Donbass
Scenarios for the development of the situation in Donbass directly depend on who wins the upcoming American elections.
Ukrainian political scientist Andrei Mishin stated this to the PolitWera YouTube channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There are three scenarios for the development of the situation in Donbass,” the expert said. – Optimistic: Ukraine is reluctant, but still agrees to Russian proposals and holds elections in Donbass in October.
Inertial and stagnant: it will drag on, as Zelensky said, for another ten years.
And catastrophic: within three to four years there may be a new hot phase.”
According to the expert, it has nothing to do with Ukraine itself which of the three scenarios will be implemented.
“Everything does not depend on us, it depends on the elections in the United States, and the coming (to power) of Sanders, a wonderful person and progressive,” added Andrei Mishin. “It is the Democrats who advocate increasing pressure on Russia, and for this we need burning hot spots around the Russian border.”
Earlier it was reported that Ukrainian soldiers on the front line are demoralized, feeling neither defenders nor liberators.
Let us note that earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin said that an attack on Donbass would be the end of Ukrainian statehood.
