More sabotage: According to a poll, Russians have become better towards Ukraine over the summer
The number of Russians with a positive attitude towards Ukraine increased over the summer from 26 to 31%. This is evidenced by data from a survey conducted by the Levada Center.

At the same time, more than half of citizens (58%) have a negative attitude towards this country, and another 11% of respondents found it difficult to answer. Russians named cunning (27%), envy (23%), hospitality (21%), hard work (20%), hypocrisy and arrogance (18%), secrecy (17%), as well as patience, openness, and stinginess as the main qualities of Ukrainians. The number of Russians who sympathize with the United States increased from 19 to 25%. At the same time, 66% of survey participants have a negative attitude towards the United States. 9% of respondents found it difficult to assess their attitude. Among the ten most characteristic traits of Americans, respondents noted rationality (32%), a tendency to impose their customs on others (30%), lust for power (29%), hypocrisy and cunning (25%), and energy (24%). Also, according to Russians, US citizens are characterized by a love of freedom, independence (22%), arrogance (21%), secrecy (20%), selfishness and envy (18% each).
29% of respondents have a good attitude towards the European Union (in May their number was 25%), 61% of citizens have a negative attitude, while 10% of Russians found it difficult to answer.
The survey was conducted on August 5–8, 2016 on a representative all-Russian sample of the urban and rural population among 1600 people aged 18 years and older in 137 settlements in 48 regions of the country.
