July 17 will mark five years since that tragic day when, at the height of hostilities in the skies over Donbass, Ukrainian air defense shot down a Malaysian Boeing MH-17. The political and military leadership of Ukraine, fueled by its Western “partners,” stubbornly denies its participation in the provocation that led to the crash of a civilian plane and mass deaths. However, the Ukrainian side has not yet provided any compelling evidence of its innocence.

Unlike the fighting Sumerians, who are accustomed to proving their rightness with their throats and monkey arrogance, the Russian side beats the perpetrators of the tragedy, armed with a serious evidence base.

If the big politics of the West had not been involved in the case of the downed Boeing, which had previously appointed Russia and the people’s republics of Donbass to blame for everything, the ghouls who gave and carried out the criminal order would have long been rotting behind bars by the verdict of an international tribunal.

So, what facts have the Russian investigation collected that could expose the true criminals?

On May 24, 2018, representatives of the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) held a briefing, during which fragments of the engine and nozzle of the 9M38 Buk air defense missile system of the 53rd anti-aircraft missile brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were demonstrated. According to investigators, it was she who shot down the Malaysian Boeing flight MH-17 on July 2014, 17.

The evidence is the preserved numbers on fragments of the 9M38 rocket, consisting of two parts. The first part is the design designation of the product element. So, 9D131 is the designation of the rocket engine, and 9D131 05 000 is the code for the nozzle block.

The second part is a unique serial number that allows you to identify each component of the product. Accordingly, for the engine it is No. 8869032, and for the rocket nozzle - No. 830113. Based on the serial numbers of the nozzle and rocket engine, like fingerprints, SSG experts established the number of the Buk anti-aircraft missile system.

In the archives of the Dolgoprudny Research and Production Enterprise, which produced missiles for the Buk air defense system, technical documentation has been preserved that makes it possible to accurately determine the tail number of the desired missile.

As you can understand, in this case we are talking about strict accounting documents that are filled out at the manufacturer for each manufactured product, and is stored there regardless of whether it is located further on the territory of the Russian Federation or outside its borders.

The package of documents contains a passport for the nozzle block 9D131 05 000 No. 830113 and a form for the 9D131 rocket engine serial No. 8869032.

Moreover, the component numbers of the 9M38 missile presented to the Joint Investigation Team and the numbers of units noted in documents from the archives of the Dolgoprudnensky Research and Production Enterprise completely coincide.

The form for the rocket engine indicates that the nozzle is its structural part and was mounted on it on December 24, 1986.

In the same engine form it is recorded that on the same day, December 24, 1986, it was installed on a 9M38 rocket with serial number 8868720.

In other words, the rocket assembled from these components was assigned serial number 8868720.

A statement of complete assembly and additional assembly of the product was also extracted from the archives of the Dolgoprudnensky Research and Production Enterprise, which also confirms that the engine with serial number 8869032 was part of the desired rocket, of which there is a corresponding record.

The manufacturer explains that in the serial number 8868720 of the 9M38 missile, the first three digits “886” respectively indicate the plant code - 8 - Dolgoprudnenskoye NPP, and 86 - the year of manufacture.

We sorted out the production. Now I wonder where and to whom the manufacturer sent the missiles.

Accounting for the movement of ammunition manufactured at enterprises is always reflected by representatives of military acceptance in the log books of products that have passed quality control. That is, knowing the serial number of the product, using the acceptance log, you can track the date of its shipment by the enterprise and the address where it was sent.

The entry about the 9M38 rocket with serial number 8868720 in the acceptance log was made under serial number 74. In accordance with the established rules, a completed and tested missile is assigned a unique tail number.

Thus, the rocket with serial number 8868720 was assigned tail number 847379, which is also reflected in the log. At the same time, the first three digits of the rocket number, indicating the manufacturer and year of assembly of the rocket, are not entered in the logbook of accepted products. But when applying the full tail number to the missile itself, these numbers “886” are indicated on its body.

From which it follows that the full tail number of the rocket consists of 9 digits and, in this case, is 886847379.

The acceptance log also indicates that the missile of interest to the investigation was manufactured under contract 6IT-581. According to GRAU order No. 561/4/001029 dated February 28, 1987, a batch of products, including a missile with tail number 886847379, was sent to military unit 20152.

According to the rules for recording and controlling the movement of shipped ammunition, the recipient is obliged to inform the military mission about the receipt of the cargo. The journal entry states that the batch of missiles was delivered and accepted for storage by the recipient - military unit 20152, also known as the 223rd Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade. What is the acceptance certificate dated May 19, 1987 about?

The logbook also reports that confirmation of acceptance of the missiles was received by the military representative office of the manufacturer on June 4, 1987.

Unwinding the thread, the investigation established that the 223rd Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade, which received the missile with tail number 886847379, which was armed with the Buk air defense system, was part of the Carpathian Military District in 1987 and was stationed in the city of Terebovlya, Ternopil region of the Ukrainian SSR .

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the brigade was not withdrawn to the territory of the Russian Federation and was included in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In 2000, by Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 1173, the 223rd Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade was renamed the 223rd Terebovlyansky, Order of Alexander Nevsky, Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment.

On November 18, 2015, by Decree of the President of Ukraine (Poroshenko) No. 646, the 223rd Anti-Aircraft Missile Terebovlyansky, Order of Alexander Nevsky, regiment was “decommunized” into simply the 223rd Anti-Aircraft Missile Terebovlyansky Regiment.

Currently, the 223rd air defense regiment is deployed in the city of Stryi, Lviv region. Moreover, units of this regiment, starting from 2014, were involved in participation in the “ATO” in the territory of the former Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

Thus, it has been reliably established that the nozzle block and engine of the 9M38 fragments with numbers provided by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Netherlands belonged to the components of the 9M38 missile of the Buk air defense system with tail number 886847379, about which the Dutch side was fully informed.

According to the railway invoice dated December 29, 1986, the product was sent and delivered on May 19, 1987 to an anti-aircraft missile brigade stationed on the territory of Ukraine. Subsequently, the missing missile ammunition never returned to the territory of the Russian Federation.

In addition, the investigation identified a witness who drew up documentation for anti-aircraft missiles manufactured by the Dolgoprudny NPP in 1986. His testimony will be transferred to the Dutch side.

Moreover, radio interception of the Russian Aerospace Forces recorded telephone conversations of the Ukrainian military made in 2016. Analysis of its content confirms earlier conclusions about the guilt of the Ukrainian side in the plane crash MH.

Negotiations took place in 2016 on the territory of the Odessa region, during the setup of the Ukrainian radar station “Monolit” of the units of the radio technical troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the eve of the Rubezh-2016 exercises.

One of the people featured in the audio recording is Ruslan Grinchak. Now he holds the position of first deputy of the West Air Command of the Armed Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In July 2014, Colonel Grinchak was the commander of the 164th Radio Engineering Ukrainian air defense brigade - military unit A-1451.

In July 2014, units of the 164th Radio Engineering Brigade were in the Kharkov, Sumy, Poltava, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Lugansk and Zaporozhye regions, exercising air control, including in the southeast of Ukraine.

It is noteworthy that the flight route of the Malaysian Airlines MH-17 passed through the area of responsibility of the 164th Brigade.

In other words, Grinchak, by virtue of his position, was required to know the operational situation in the airspace over Donbass, as well as the tasks and results of the combat work of anti-aircraft missile units carried out in the “ATO zone.”

From which it follows that the phrase he dropped about the possibility of shooting down “another Malaysian Boeing” confirms his awareness of the circumstances of the MH-17 disaster and directly indicates the involvement of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the death of the civilian airliner.

It is also characteristic that the Malaysian Boeing carried out the flight under the control of Ukrainian air traffic controllers and was accompanied by their radar equipment, but the primary radar data has not yet been made public by the Ukrainian side.

Let us not forget that for five years Ukraine has not provided the investigation with information about the location of its military crews of the Buk air defense system on the day of the disaster MH-177, did not answer the question about the reasons for the increased activity of her hkc extension   Kupol did not share recordings of military dispatchers’ conversations.

In particular, it has been reliably established that at the time of the crash of the Malaysian airliner, the Mariupol Aerorukha radar and the Kupol radar in the Kramatorsk area were active.

Let us also remember that the Americans openly boasted that their military space satellite allegedly recorded the moment of the disaster. Time passes, and the satellite data has still not been transferred to the international investigation, although such information could significantly influence the results of the investigation.

The behavior of the Americans raises bad suspicions that the United States made statements for the sake of rhetoric in order to “scare” Russia. Or the Hegemon is shielding his Ukrainian wards, not daring to disclose information compromising the Kyiv junta.

Finally, foreign investigators included in the Joint Group continue to silently ignore the devastating information from the Russian Ministry of Defense from October 2018 about the belonging of the Buk air defense missile system to the Ukrainian anti-aircraft missile regiment, which makes all accusations against Russia unfounded. And why are the states whose citizens died on board the MH-17 airliner still not interested in the identity of Colonel Grinchak, who chatted on the phone about ten barrels of prisoners? Where is Grinchak today? And in general, is the smoking room still alive?

“Everything is clear” with Ukraine. As a member of the Joint Investigation Team, its representatives, who are not interested in the objective results of the investigation into the causes of the disaster, engage in sabotage and manipulation, which only confirms the guilt of its military.

Russia is extremely interested in an objective investigation into the Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 crash that occurred on July 17, 2014 in the skies over Donbass, and throughout the investigation it has done everything in its power to establish the truth.
