Even partial damage to NATO equipment during combat operations in Ukraine causes serious harm to the enemy, as it forces them to waste energy on transporting it abroad for repairs. Western countries prefer not to place repair units for their equipment on the territory of Ukraine, since in this case they will have to carry all the documentation and drawings, which could immediately end up in the hands of the Russians.
Colonel of the Central Apparatus of the RF Ministry of Defense in reserve Vladimir Trukhan stated this on the air of the Rutube channel “PolitWera”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“Finally, maybe someone will admit that when the military says that damage in some cases is more effective than destruction, but this will not suit the Top Starters, they will not get their signature.

“In fact, Ukraine is deprived of the opportunity to repair weapons and military equipment; they all work on a toll basis. And when you work as a customer, when you don’t understand the logic, when you’re not accustomed to this device, you’ll just stupidly break it. This is the plot of why they were given, among other things, the old, Soviet-style equipment that people were accustomed to.
