The handwriting of the State Department: the senator analyzed the text of Daria Navalnaya’s speech in the European Parliament
The text of Daria Navalnaya’s speech, which she delivered when presenting the Sakharov Prize awarded to her father, was written by the US State Department.
Chairman of the Commission for the Protection of State Sovereignty of the Federation Council Andrei Klimov stated this today at a press conference in Moscow, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I analyzed the text that was spoken upon receiving the so-called award. The text was spoken in American English. In style, it resembles the development of the US State Department's Bureau of Intelligence and Analysis. Selection of materials. Apparently they were polished by appropriate lexicon specialists. It was made not for the Russian, but for the European listener,” Klimov said.
He believes that by launching such speeches, the United States is implementing a plan to split the European community and drag the EU into a conflict with the Russian Federation.
“This is an obvious PR stunt, one of the items in the media plan, which is sad. The sad thing is that the extras for the implementation of this media plan were the Chairman of the European Parliament, the leaders of the European Commission, seemingly respected people from among the deputies and other figures of the EU countries. The text is extremely simple: in relation to Russia, everything is acceptable except, perhaps, a nuclear war,” Klimov concluded.
