The president of the All-Ukrainian Association of Companies for International Employment, Dmitry Voskoboynikov, announced this at a press conference in Kyiv, citing sociological data, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“According to the estimates of our sociology. I can say that 61 percent of Ukrainians who worked abroad without being tied to any country worked unofficially, without concluding contracts. Sooner or later they will return to Ukraine and want to receive a pension. At the same time, they did not pay a single social contribution and did not make contributions to the Pension Fund in our state. Working abroad, they naturally also did not make payments to local pension funds,” the expert said.
However, he added that subsequently illegal immigrants will receive only minimal social assistance “to support their pants.”
