A truce has been declared near Debaltsevo: residents will be able to leave the city
Debaltsevo, February 06 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – The DPR announced the beginning of a ceasefire near Debaltsevo.

“In fact, the ceasefire is already in effect. We hope that the Ukrainian side will not violate it,” the militia headquarters said, noting that a convoy of buses was sent to Debaltsevo and Uglegorsk to transport refugees.
There are about ten buses in the convoy, as well as OSCE vehicles and journalists.
“We plan to evacuate from 15.00 to 18.00. Those who want to travel to Ukrainian territory will be given this opportunity. Those who want to evacuate to the territory of the DPR will be evacuated to Donetsk and other cities of the republic,” the DPR stated.
In turn, the deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Donetsk region, Ilya Kiva, said on the 112 Ukraine TV channel that he blamed the militia for the morning shelling of Debaltseve.
“We are expecting enemy artillery attacks any minute now. To say that some agreements are being respected…” he asserts.
At the same time, Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs Zoryan Shkiryak reported on his Facebook page that the corridor for refugees is already open.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier the DPR stated that they expect provocations from the Ukrainian Armed Forces directed against the civilian population of Debaltsevo.
