The first stage of prisoner exchange began near Gorlovka
According to the latest data received from a PolitNavigator correspondent who was at the scene, buses with Ukrainian prisoners of war proceeded to the gray zone. The first batch of prisoners from Lugansk has already left for exchange.

Due to the current situation, the first group of 16 prisoners of war who were on the territory of the LPR will be transferred not to the previously agreed upon exchange location - in the middle of the buffer zone, but in close proximity to the Mayorsk checkpoint, controlled by Kyiv.
Let us note that earlier the press service of the DPR representative office in the JCCC reported that an emergency occurred in the checkpoint area:
“Around 14:00 (Moscow time), an elderly woman, waiting to be taken out of the buffer zone, lost consciousness. The doctors of the ambulance on duty in the checkpoint area from the DPR side provided first medical aid and took the woman to the nearest republican hospital,” the DPR representative office in the JCCC and in the negotiation process stated.
We would like to remind you that a PolitNavigator correspondent previously reported that the Ukrainian side violated procedural agreements and allowed the accumulation of civilians and vehicles in the buffer zone, which is why they became hostages of yet another violation of the agreements by the Ukrainian side.
