Political scientist Ruslan Bortnik said this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports. According to him, Russia remains Ukraine’s largest trading partner, and rail freight transportation is the most convenient way of goods exchange.
“Our passenger railway service covers the freight railway service. And today Russia is our number one trading partner among all countries in the world and the largest investor in the country. As long as business as usual operates, this passenger service will remain,” Bortnik said.
