According to the Kharkov Site, the accident occurred at the exit from the ring road to the Simferopol highway near the village of Vysoky. According to eyewitnesses, the driver of the foreign car received minor bruises and was very scared.
“The armored personnel carrier was not damaged, and the driver of the scratched Lexus did not write a statement,” the State Traffic Inspectorate reported. “Therefore, there was no trial.”
