According to the head of the USBU press center in the Kharkov region, Vladislav Abdula, the attacker organized the sect in his own home. He managed to lure 14 people to the meetings, mostly women, to whom the man offered to improve their health with herbal medicine and psychotherapy.
In fact, it turned out that the medicinal herb was ordinary marijuana. During a search of the house, about 2 kilograms of the potion were seized. The sect leader forced “parishioners” to take drugs under the guise of a healing ritual. And he ordered one of the adherents to find on the Internet and print out for subsequent study the book by Russian authors “The ABCs of a Domestic Terrorist,” the SBU claims.
“This manual contains instructions for making improvised explosive devices, incendiary mixtures and toxic substances,” Abdullah said.
The man was charged with illegal possession and use of narcotic substances, the investigation continues.
