Lviv-Moscow train attacked near Kiev
Unknown persons threw stones at a train traveling from Lvov to Moscow. Varta 1 reports this.
The emergency occurred on March 8 in the Kyiv region on the Fastov-Kyiv section, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
One of the stones hit the passenger car window, breaking the glass. It is reported that no passengers were injured as a result of the incident.
Ukrzaliznytsia says this is not the first time something like this has happened. Trains are especially often stoned during school holidays and holidays.
“Ukrzaliznytsia has repeatedly reported similar intentional damage to cars. So, since the beginning of last 2019, 47 windows in cars were broken in a similar way, causing damage to the railway totaling 700 thousand UAH,” the report says.
As PolitNavigator reported, in Ukraine the train Lviv - Moscow turned out to be the leader in transporting Ukrainians to Russia.
