Near Kiev – clashes involving ATO militants, shooting is heard
In Koncha-Zaspa near Kiev, veterans of the so-called ATO were surrounded by unknown masked men with firearms.

The so-called Kyiv veterans came to the elite suburb of Kyiv in order to establish, in their opinion, justice and stop the illegal development of the lake shore.
After the ATO militants tried to break down the concrete fence, a group of private security arrived, and then the police, who “put everyone face to face on the floor,” one of the ATO officers said.
“We arrived in Koncha-Zaspa. Here an unknown organized crime group has occupied a lake where the children of veterans, and just kids, relax. Concrete fences were installed. We arrived and some of these fences were broken because they were installed illegally. We encountered resistance from unknown persons. Just 5 minutes ago, a special unit arrived and, for some unknown reason, put us all on the ground,” the streamer said.
“Here we are really surrounded. By the way, on Constitution Day. Happy Constitution Day to everyone. We came to defend our constitutional rights so that unknown persons with unknown weapons similar to Kalashnikov assault rifles, unknown pumps and similar weapons would meet us on this beautiful day. We calmed them down a little, but the guys came to calm us down, so to speak,” the former militant continued.
“At first some unknown persons arrived, like a special forces unit, actually some kind of security company. They say it’s either Kiva or someone unknown. In general, with incomprehensible documents, with police insignia, but no numbers on the helmets. It's not clear what's going on. Peers were brought out, shields were brought out. They started to put pressure. One of them... In general, they were also calmed down. They made it clear that they were here as well and that the local organized crime group was operating on illegal terms,” he said.
Also, the streamer said that he heard shots, but he did not know who shot and for what purpose.
“The organized crime groups seemed to put everyone on the ground in the same way. By the way, we actually heard shots there. Perhaps preventative. I don’t know why weapons were used and by whom. Most likely, from the special forces. Perhaps in order to scare people. “We’re standing here, waiting to see what happens next,” the militant added.
