Judge of the Shevchenkovsky District Court of Kyiv Evgeniy Sidorov decided to arrest people's deputy Nadezhda Savchenko for 59 days. This is how today’s court hearing on choosing a preventive measure for Savchenko ended, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I’ll meet you in the wild. Glory to the heroes,” Savchenko shouted as she was taken out of the hall. The audience shouted “Shame!” to the judge.
The judge made a decision on the preventive measure for 3 hours. To pass the time, Savchenko gave a fiery speech in the courtroom, promising that she would leave no stone unturned in the evidence of her participation in the preparation of the coup, which was provided by the Prosecutor General’s Office.
