As Navigator reported, there was an unsuccessful coup attempt in Gagauzia. Bashkan Mikhail Formuzal and Chairman of the Autonomous Parliament Dmitry Konstantinov were completely attacked by pro-Romanian militants right during the session of the legislative assembly.
“I have information that these people underwent special training somewhere near Odessa, there is a Maidan camp there.” I have information that there are similar camps in Moldova. Certain tasks are set before them,” Formuzal said on the air of the Moldovan “21st TV channel”.
“Some of these people were trained in Kyiv on the Maidan. One of the leaders of the political formation said that he would organize a Maidan in Kyiv,” said Formuzal, referring to his opponent, the mayor of Comrat Nikolai Dudoglo.
At the same time, the head of the Gagauz autonomy noted that he would take all measures to prevent such developments.
