The first shock, with a magnitude of 4 on the Richter scale, occurred on the morning of January 3, and the second, whose magnitude was estimated at 3,9, was repeated on the same day, but in the afternoon.
“For the Vrancea zone this is normal seismological activity. However, it is worth remembering the need to prepare the housing stock for stronger tremors,” said seismologist Konstantin Egupov, as quoted by Segodnya.
