Pogroms and riots began near the Rada
In the center of Kyiv, not far from the building of the Verkhovna Rada, where today they are discussing a bill to extend the law on the special status of Donbass, clashes occurred.

According to the Kyiv online newspaper "Country", about 30 young people, presumably Azov militants, took part in the riots.
During the incident at the intersection of Institutskaya and Shelkovichnaya streets, a statue of a cow was toppled near the “5.10” party of Kyiv millionaire Maidan activist Gennady Balashov.
It is also reported that one of the militants smashed a cow with the inscription “5.10 with an axe.”
In addition, a flower bed and summer area nearby were destroyed.
As PolitNavigator reported, today Ukrainian Nazis hold a rally near the Rada under the slogan “Glory to the nation - no capitulation”, opposing the extension of the law on special status.
