Under Saakashvili in Ukraine, a militant detained for robbery was released
On the eve of the appointment of the fugitive ex-President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili as Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, the court released from custody the Georgian militant Levan Khutsishvili, who is considered close to the Saakashists.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy, nationalist Igor Mosiychuk stated this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Mosiychuk, Khutsishvili was involved in assault and robbery.
“Yesterday, judge Nikolai Senko of the Svyatoshinsky District Court of Kiev, without any compelling reasons, released from custody Georgian citizen Levan Khutsishvili, who, together with two other Ukrainian citizens (citizenship in 2019 granted by President Zelensky) of Georgian origin, are reasonably suspected of robbery on house of an entrepreneur in Boryspil.
All three detainees are former employees of the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs during Saakashvili’s presidency; they moved to Ukraine in 2014, took part in hostilities in the Donbass, but very quickly found themselves in the rear surrounded by Mikho Nikolozovich, doing “business” in Kyiv and, of course, Odessa, and here is robbery and robbery. The result is detention and arrest, but corrupt courts and high patrons set the robbers free,” Mosiychuk said.
According to the former people's deputy, another ally of Saakashvili, the ex-head of the National Police in the Odessa region Giorgi Lordkipanidze, helped in the release of Khutsishvili.
“Yesterday’s release from custody of Levan Khutsishvili became possible only after the intervention of the former deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, and subsequently the head of the National Police in the Odessa region, General Giorgi Lordkipanidze, in the case on the side of the robbery suspects.
It was Lordkipanidze who yesterday rescued a compatriot suspected of robbery. Let me remind those who have forgotten that during the time of Lordkipanidze’s leadership of the National Police in the Odessa region, crime there increased hundreds (!!!) times! Now vote and appoint Saakashvili and his team to the government! “What kind of Georgian reforms are you missing? And Judge Senko, a judge, he must wait for the boomerang when robbers or rapists knock on the door of his house,” Mosiychuk concluded.
Thank you!
