Two explosions occurred near the Shchastya thermal power plant. “There is no light, there is no smoke coming from the power plant, or rather from the pipes, they say they hit the transformers!” – wrote one of the local residents. A plume of black smoke was also reported in the area of the power plant. Electricity went out throughout the entire region.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier Ukrainian volunteer battalions announced that they had mined the thermal power plant.
