Kyiv, August 12 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – A pickpocket was detained near the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by fighters of the Kyiv-1 battalion.

“The fighters ensure law and order near the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, where the rally is taking place. Suddenly they saw a pickpocket who, taking advantage of the situation, stole a mobile phone from one of the participants in the rally. The battalion soldiers quickly worked and detained the attacker at the scene of the crime,” the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine said in a statement.
