“The president of the construction company Kievgorstroy, a subordinate of Vitali Klitschko, Igor Kushnir, gave the command to poison more than 20 birds (ducks, pheasants, cranes, peacocks) living in the courtyard of a private house, because they and this house interfered with the illegal construction of a 25-story commercial high-rise on Copernicus Street, 7,” the activist wrote on his social network page.
“This is what happens when you have a flayer as mayor,” he added, also publishing a photo of killed birds.
