Officials of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine extort money from relatives of Ukrainian soldiers captured in Donbass, promising assistance in their release.

Ukrainian volunteer negotiator on prisoner exchange Vasily Kovalchuk spoke about this at a round table in Kyiv.
