“The number of people who were for Ukraine in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions has decreased by half. Because why do they love Ukraine? Why should they fight for this country?” – he said.
Mochanov cited as an example the situation in Uglegorsk, where restoration work did not begin during the presence of Ukrainian troops - on the contrary, damaged electrical equipment was stolen for metal.
“They just stole the wires, no one brought there, except for volunteers, not a single piece of glass or window frame. The country has done nothing,” he said.
