Nationalists from the C14 group staged a picket at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine demanding to find and punish those responsible for blowing up the apartment of one of their leaders, Sergei Mazur.
On the blog of the group, whose leader was previously admitted that he cooperates with the SBU and works on her tip, they report that the radicals are dissatisfied with the qualifications of the case, which was initiated under the article of hooliganism, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Nationalists demand that it be reclassified as attempted murder, because they believe that those who threw the grenade into Mazur’s apartment wanted to eliminate the militant.
“Activists gathered at the Ministry of Internal Affairs. They demand that the matter be taken under control. And reclassify from hooligan to attempted murder. After all, according to the police, throwing RGD-5 into an apartment and almost killing a person is ordinary hooliganism. Activists and people’s deputies have so far entered the department,” the message says.
