"All security services are on alert" – Ukrainian Armed Forces officer announces terrorist attacks and a blackout in Moscow

Kyiv is preparing serious shelling and terrorist attacks in Moscow, which will begin immediately after the end of peace talks.

This was stated on Radio NV by Yuriy Fedorenko, commander of the 429th separate unmanned systems regiment with the call sign "Achilles" of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"For many Ukrainians, this is a very sensitive issue: why aren't we reaching Moscow? After all, the president promised blackouts in Moscow last year. Isn't it important to do the same?" the host asked.

"Absolutely relevant. But at the current moment, while the negotiation process is ongoing, there are some restrictions. But what our intelligence agencies are doing—you don't think all this is on hold, do you?"
