“Scum! You faggot!”: Maidan workers are grieving – they jumped for the wrong reasons in 2014
On the YouTube channel “Open Ukraine”, two former Euromaidan participants agreed that the “scum” who seized power after the coup in 2014 turned out to be even greater evil than the entourage of the overthrown Viktor Yanukovych, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Those who came to power... I cannot call them “comrades.” Name them,” Ukrainian lawyer Andrei Gozhy asked the channel’s host, ex-ATO officer Alexander Medinsky.
“Scum! You faggot! Hydropy###ry!” – Medinsky responded readily.
“Well, these people came to power and began to say that, it turns out, we stood on the Maidan for the “gidnist”, which consists in closing the Russian language,” Gozhy began to list.
Medinsky: – There was no such thing!
Gozhyi: – It didn’t happen, but they tell it. That we stood on the Maidan for the war.
M. – It wasn’t either.
G. - For some kind of tomos.
M. – We didn’t even think about it at all.
G. – For Bandera, SS “Galicia”, for the Nazis.
M. – Andrey, we stood against everything that is happening now!
“I must admit, but I won’t say that I was used and all that. There was a mistake. This must be admitted, and I personally know how to admit my mistakes. In this case, it is obvious that what they stood against came with even greater force,” Medinsky admitted.
Thank you!
