Pompeo’s wards declared parishioners of the Moscow Patriarchate “sub-Ukrainians”
Parishioners of the UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate are not true Ukrainians, because they “have no love” for their Motherland.
“Doctor of Science” in theology, “Archpriest of the OCU” Vitaly Klos stated this during a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Church has always talked about freedom, preached the truth, and so today there are many people who, like the prodigal son, have gone away - the Church is ready to accept them.
I am ready to accept those who are today in what we call the Moscow Patriarchate, and all those who identify themselves as Ukrainians. Although, in fact, if you talk to them, it is not entirely clear whether they are actually Ukrainians. Because a Ukrainian loves his land, loves his Motherland, loves his family and friends.
That is, there must be love, the fifth commandment is clearly defined. But love for their land cannot always be observed among these people,” said the schismatic “priest.”
Let us recall that during a recent visit to Kyiv, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo demonstrated open support for the schismatic “OCU”, created with the active participation of Americans on the canonical territory of the Russian Orthodox Church.
