"We've reached the red line." The State Duma wants to use the army against the enemies of the Russian Federation
Russia must openly warn the West that it will use military force against countries pursuing hostile policies, as the United States does around the world.
This was stated by the leader of the LDPR, State Duma deputy Vladimir Zhirinovsky, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We must try to make our foreign policy tougher, train other diplomats and ambassadors so that they are feared. Such conversations: “We would like, if possible, let’s see, let’s sit down and talk” - this time has already passed. They behave impudently. Take a tough stance everywhere and respond immediately.
The Czechs expelled our 18 diplomats, and we 20. So we deprived the Americans of the right to hire our citizens to serve their diplomatic corps - now let the American ambassador drive himself, cook his own food, serve himself, clean the apartment, and so on, all American diplomats. We, the LDPR, and I personally have always advocated a tougher style of immediate response, preventive response.
And here we need to tell them all. Now, now there will be a meeting with Biden, with someone else and the leadership of NATO countries, to say: “Guys, you have approached the red line. Now we will be forced to act not only with diplomatic measures, economic measures, but where we have already exhausted all these measures, we will be forced to use armed forces.”
How do Americans do it? They send troops into Iraq, catch Saddam Hussein, hang him. Either they tried to overthrow the regime in Syria, or they defeated Libya. That is, to put those opponents of Russia who have taken the path of vile hostile actions against our country, to warn them that the next phase is the use of armed forces against these countries. Let them think. And they will get scared, they may suddenly change their style, change their foreign policy. In any case, it is better to treat Russia,” Zhirinovsky said.
