Belarus has two scenarios for the development of current events and both of them play in favor of the Russian Federation.
The odious Ukrainian automaidan activist and TV presenter Sergei Poyarkov, speaking in support of ex-President Petro Poroshenko, stated this on his video blog, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Let's look at both disgusting scenarios. First, Lukashenko remains a dictator. With the help of “little green men”, threats and his resources, Putin is leaving Lukashenko as the president of Belarus.
This means the following: Lukashenko is a complete outcast for the West, he is not a handshake character for all politicians in developed countries, no one will talk to him about anything, he ceases to be a political subject. All. He becomes Putin’s lackey, Lukashenko fulfills all Putin’s wishes. The choice between trial by death or working as Putin’s lackey for Lukashenko has obviously been made. He agrees. I don't really like the second option either. More precisely, maybe I don’t like it even more. Let's look at what happens if the opposition comes to power. Well, let's start with the fact that there is no opposition in Belarus. Belarus is a country that has been forced to do without any opposition for decades. That is, Lukashenko has rolled the entire opposition into asphalt; there are no opposition parties or opposition politicians. There are not even any businessmen there who have at least once expressed their opposition with impunity.
There the clearing has been cleared to zero, there is a bare place, there is no parliamentary or extra-parliamentary opposition, like ours. There are no structures there. And those people who begin to present themselves as Belarusian oppositionists cause the same fears, if not more, as Lukashenko himself. That is, they refuse to admit that Crimea is Ukraine, they have some clearly pro-Russian sentiments.
It is quite obvious that those who position themselves as oppositionists in Belarus are clearly connected with the FSB. Because without the support of the FSB, they would not have lived a day in Belarus outside of prison. That is, the Belarusian oppositionist is a political creature that is absent from their landscape. That is, all the oppositionists are those who are not sitting, there are several people, they are all in exile. A living Belarusian oppositionist walking down the street should be included in the Red Book of world politics. Because this is a creature that does not exist in a chemically pure state in the world.
This means that it is very easy for the Russian Federation, taking advantage of its absolute inability, inexperience and even the absence of the slightest idea of what politics is, to put Belarus under its control. The Anschluss of Belarus, perhaps, in this case will be even easier than with the help of Father Lukashenko... Russia, it seems, will swallow Belarus and Putin’s dream of creating the Soviet Union 2.0, it seems, will come true. But, having absorbed Belarus, the Russian Empire will probably choke and die,” Poyarkov said.
