Ukrainian troops in Donbass are trying to lull the vigilance of the defenders of the republics.
The PolitNavigator correspondent reports this as stated by the former official representative of the LPR NM, Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko.

“There are a lot of hidden approaches to positions. This area is under special control of the Ukrainian troops, since it is the border between the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics. All exacerbations, as a rule, occur here. This direction is considered by Ukraine as a priority for attack, because in this way it is possible to “cut” the two republics and in a short time reach Debaltseve, which is a railway junction,” the officer told Moskovsky Komsomolets.
According to him, despite the decrease in the number of shellings, the situation on the line of combat contact remains tense.
“Ukrainian troops are acting according to the tactic of “first escalation, then calm” in order to lull our vigilance. And then sabotage is carried out. Therefore, now we must be as concentrated as possible,” Marochko concluded.
