So, on August 19, at about 11:30, a lieutenant colonel with a fracture of the cartilage of the larynx was taken to the main military clinical hospital of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The military unit employees explained to the doctors that they found the lieutenant colonel hanged when they removed him - he was still alive.
Also, the doctors noted that they suspected that the lieutenant colonel was intoxicated before attempting suicide.
