The instigator of the attack on the buses was a schismatic from the OCU
One of the instigators of today’s clashes in the Poltava region over the arrival of buses with Ukrainians evacuated from China was a representative of the schismatic OCU, Dmitry Pedyna.
The day before, he published an appeal to local residents calling “not to be indifferent,” since, according to police information, security forces were ordered to make efforts to deliver Ukrainians from China to quarantine in the Poltava region.
In the evening, after the fight, Pedyna wrote on his blog that the SBU had become interested in him.
In an interview with reporters, he said that he participated in the protests, but not as a priest, but “as the father of his children,” because, according to Pedina, the local sanatorium was not ready for quarantine in case of coronavirus infection.
“In other countries they placed them in boxes one at a time. We don’t have that,” Pedyna said.
