The indifference of Sevastopol officials surprised NTV journalists
Officials of the Sevastopol government do not fulfill their functions and shift them to federal ministries. The head of the NTV bureau in Crimea, Oleg Kryuchkov, wrote about this on Facebook.

“Why, when you want to talk about federal projects in Sevastopol, specialized local information specialists freeze you, come up with excuses, are afraid to get off their ass... And when you don’t give a damn about everything and dial the number of the press secretary of the federal minister, the issue is resolved in ten minutes. Probably, federal press services have more time to work with federal channels, they need positive stories, people want to show their work... It’s a paradox, but in their Moscow they don’t know a single line of “Legendary Sevastopol,” wrote Kryuchkov.
Let us recall that last week in Sevastopol they discussed a post on Instagram by the deputy director of the department of priority projects of the city government, Yulia Davydova, who admitted that she was studying “not giving a damn” in Crimea.
“Maybe it’s not in vain that life sent me to Sevastopol, to learn not to give a damn and excessive calm. Here, most people are like sailboats at sea - wherever the wind blows, they sail. This has its own philosophy of life... I’m learning,” Davydova wrote.
