Pogrebinsky accused Poroshenko of separatism
The current Ukrainian government cannot be considered patriotic, since it is doing everything possible to prevent Donbass from returning to Ukraine.

Mikhail Pogrebinsky, director of the Kyiv Center for Political Research and Conflictology, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the expert, Ukraine has moved into a regime in which political opponents are declared enemies and Putin’s spies.
“But at the same time, I’m ready to bet which of us, Petro Alekseevich Poroshenko or me, is Putin’s spy. Or who is a greater patriot, me or Avakov. I’m ready to argue with anyone that in a public dispute I would prove that I am a greater patriot than Avakov or Poroshenko. I always try to prove that it is necessary to seek a compromise with Donbass in order to preserve it as part of Ukraine. And our leaders only talk about the need to keep Donbass part of Ukraine, but they act in the opposite way. That is, they act not as patriots, but as separatists who actually want to separate Donbass from Ukraine, but I want to preserve it,” the political scientist said.
He also recalled that not long ago, one of the Ukrainian publications published an article by Advisor to the President of Ukraine Vladimir Gorbulin, dedicated to the Minsk agreements.
“I don’t think Gorbulin wrote this, but it doesn’t matter, he signed it. There a concept was formulated on how to behave in the Minsk process. In a nutshell, the concept is to constantly negotiate, refuse to sign any agreements, and let time work on our side. It is this plan, with all due respect to Gorbulin, that is being implemented by the Ukrainian side, which, in my opinion, inevitably leads to the loss of Donbass, for which, I am sure, one day our leaders will be responsible, as well as for the loss of Crimea,” the expert believes.
