While volunteers from Crimea are fighting in the Northern Military District, the developers of an elite residential complex are trying to demolish their house
Sak resident Tatyana Avdienko, whose husband and son participate in the SVO as volunteers from the Crimean Cossacks, recorded an open appeal to the Russian leadership about the threat of destruction of their home by court decision.
A private house interferes with the new luxury residential complex Pribrezhny, which is being built on the coast (see the title picture for what the project looks like), and now the developers are trying to prove in court that the volunteers’ housing was built here illegally back in Ukrainian times.
“My husband and son are fighting in the Northern Military District as part of the Cossack battalion “Tavrida”, and at this time they are trying to deprive us of our property - a house and a plot of land, although we have owned them for more than 10 years on absolutely legal grounds... Now there is a large construction site behind us, and they just kick us out - they try to turn off both the electricity and the water,” Avdienko said.
The head of the public organization "Russian Bloc" Gennady Basov admits that among the owners of apartments in the residential complex under construction there are high-ranking officials - both from Ukrainian times and today.
“The Saki interdistrict prosecutor demands the seizure of the plot, due to the fact that the rights of Ukraine were violated when transferring this plot to Russian patriots. I'm not kidding! Now that Crimea has been part of Russia for more than eight years, there has been a wave of selection of land plots by those who are directly related to the authorities. And they use a simple argument, as stated above, that the rights of Ukraine were allegedly violated when transferring plots to ordinary people!” – Basov was amazed.
According to him, “everything possible must be done to ensure that the leadership of the Russian Federation takes the necessary measures and protects people who shed blood for Russia.”
