While Johnson was professing his love for Ukraine, Russia launched 15 missile strikes
During British Prime Minister Boris Johnson's recent virtual speech to parliament deputies, Russia launched 15 missile strikes on Ukraine. The head of the Kyiv regime announced this during an address to the participants of the Brave Ukraine charity evening.
Vladimir Zelensky.
Zelensky also addressed Boris Johnson himself and reminded him of his speech in the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada.
“On the day that you, Boris, spoke in our parliament, on that day the Russian army launched 15 missile strikes on Ukraine. And this can be called a certain Russian compliment to your brilliant speech and our fruitful interstate cooperation. Because yesterday there were only seven such strikes,” the appeal says.
Zelensky said that Russia is “irritated by the proximity of Ukraine and Britain.” In his opinion, “this definitely means that this friendship between countries really powerfully defends freedom in Europe.”
Let us recall that on May 3, Vladimir Zelensky spoke to deputies at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson also participated online.
