While we were developing anti-aircraft drones, the Russians had already figured out how to shoot them down – radio engineer
In the military production sector, Ukraine is constantly playing catch-up with Russia, leaving no chance for victory.
Ukrainian military radio technology analyst Sergei Beskrestnov ("Flash") stated this on the Novosti Live channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"I've said many times that we must gather the best minds in the country and think one step ahead of our opponents, but we're constantly catching up. But it's very difficult to win when we're playing catch-up," the Ukrainian expert admits.
He cited the example of the situation with anti-aircraft drones introduced by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
"We didn't have them yet; we were just developing them, and the Russians were already thinking about what they would do once our anti-aircraft drones were in use. This is a technology, a process that works one step ahead," Beksrestnov concluded.
