Despite the armed conflict, Western sanctions and other difficulties, the life expectancy of Russians is increasing, and the number of poor people is decreasing.
Russian President Vladimir Putin stated this at a meeting with trusted officials, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There are things that are such generalized indicators of what the state is doing and what indicators it receives. After all, our average life expectancy has increased. And this is the main indicator.
And the number of people living below the poverty line has decreased. This is also a good indicator. But we cannot stop there, we must move on,” Putin said.
