Shtepa's deputy, kidnapped by armed men, was found murdered
Kharkov, February 01 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – Deputy ex-mayor of Slavyansk Neli Shtepy Vladimir Kulmatitsky was found dead.

His body with a gunshot wound to the head was found on January 31, according to preliminary data, in the Kharkov region. Nearby was the body of his driver with an identical wound.
Let us remind you that on January 28, Vladimir Kulmatitsky was kidnapped in Slavyansk near his home. Witnesses say that the right hand of Nelya Shtepa and his driver were kidnapped by unknown armed people. The Slavyansk city police department opened criminal proceedings regarding the kidnapping of Kulmatitsky.
