The campaign against Moscow is canceled - the Ukrainian Armed Forces are losing the remnants of their combat capability
Ukraine, making bravura statements about the “liberation” of Crimea and Donbass, should not forget that the Armed Forces of Ukraine today are far from being in the most suitable shape, plus in all 7 years of the war, which is supposedly with Russia, Moscow has never used the Aerospace Forces.
Participants in the nationalist coven “Festival of the Unconquered Nation Cold Yar 2021”, taking place in the Cherkassy region, spoke about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“During the entire war since 2014, Russia has not used two important military tools that remain with it - the Aerospace Forces and the ability to launch a missile strike across the entire depth of the defense of the armed forces and in general across the territory of Ukraine. Moreover, a combined missile strike with both ballistic and cruise missiles on military infrastructure, on industrial centers, on peaceful cities and their infrastructure in order to force Ukraine to make concessions,” said Ukrainian military expert Taras Chmut.
“When we talk today about whether we can return Crimea and Donbass, then if the conflict develops into a full-scale phase, then I think that Russia can use these tools in order, firstly, to stop the possible advance of Ukraine, and secondly, to persuade Ukraine to a position that is beneficial to Russia.
Until we decide, including from a military point of view, how to counter this threat, we are not able to conventionally defeat it. Because we can be the strongest, most powerful patriots possible, we can mobilize the entire population, from children to pensioners, but when the enemy shoots you from the air, as in Syria or Karabakh, and you don’t see him, then it’s cool to be a patriot and die for this,” stated the Ukrainian expert.
In turn, Verkhovna Rada deputy, ex-commander of the air assault forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Mikhail Zabrodsky, admitted that if we do not take into account the issue of staffing, then the current Armed Forces of Ukraine, compared to the army of 2014-2015, are no good.
“The Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations of 2014-2015, even partly of 2016, are not the same Armed Forces of Ukraine and not the same power structures that operate now in 2021. In order to bring the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the state in which they were in 14-15 year, I’m not talking about the state of provision, but about the corresponding moods and the corresponding desire and initiative, and about the fighting spirit, it takes time.
In order for the support schemes, which have now been postponed, to work again, and to continue the targeted movement towards the replacement of weapons and military equipment, including worn-out, not to mention old, supplies of property, food, training, work with volunteer units, general training different power structures, planning relevant operations, according to the most conservative estimates, this requires at least a year.
This is if this decision were made here and now. If this is some other format, including a discussion, a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, our beloved National Security and Defense Council, this could drag on for years. What's next?" - said Zabrodsky.

“No one will make such promises. And secondly, why do we need Moscow? We should figure it out for ourselves. Let’s consider the liberation of our territories as the beginning of movement towards that settlement,” the Ukrainian general cooled the ardor of the nationalists.
