Zakharchenko's funeral scared Poroshenko
Poroshenko is not interested in the reintegration of Donbass, because the people who came to the funeral of the head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, will vote against him.
Ukrainian human rights activist and political expert Vladimir Chemeris said this on the Newsone channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“When we analyzed what all this could lead to, for example, Gritsak’s words, it seems to me that the current authorities, Poroshenko, are not interested in the reintegration of Donbass. Those people who gathered at Zakharchenko’s funeral are now even more opposed to Ukraine, as well as with initiatives for changes in the Constitution, tomos, and so on. In principle, these people will not vote for Poroshenko if they are reintegrated,” Chemeris said.
