Poklonskaya is ready to become the prosecutor of Chechnya
Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, ex-prosecutor of Crimea Natalya Poklonskaya, after the end of her parliamentary powers, will return to the prosecutor's office.
She stated this on air on the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
At the same time, Poklonskaya did not rule out that she could head the prosecutor’s office of any subject of the Russian Federation.
“I am seconded to the Duma. I am obliged, after the expiration of my terms as a deputy, to be reinstated in my position, but not necessarily in Crimea. That is, I will have to be given an equivalent subject and I should be reinstated as the prosecutor of the subject,” Poklonskaya said.
Russian journalist and TV presenter Oleg Kashin invited her to go to Chechnya.
“The Chechen Republic, I think, will suit you very well,” Kashin said.
Poklonskaya, in turn, did not reject this idea.
“I really like the Chechen Republic, I will never get there, but I promise - last time I promised to come there and I will definitely keep my promise,” the politician said.
