Thus, on behalf of the department, a check was carried out to verify compliance with the requirements of urban planning legislation when using the festival territory. It turned out that the tenants were illegally building a three-story building on the beach.
“In view of the identified violation, the State Construction Supervision Service issued a resolution against the legal entity and its director to initiate administrative cases on grounds of an offense under Part 1 of Art. 9.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (construction, reconstruction of capital construction projects without a construction permit),” says the message from the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
